Textured Foam Roller

This is a foam roller with a raised, textured surface of ridges and knobs. It is used for self-massage of the back, legs and other muscle groups after training or as part of a stretching routine at home.

Key Benefits

• Raised ridges and knobs give more defined pressure than a smooth roller
• Made of EVA foam
• For legs, back and other larger muscle groups
• Available in blue, purple and pink

Overview

The roller is placed on the floor and you roll your body over it at your own pace, adjusting pressure with your body weight. The textured surface gives varied contact against the muscles.

It is a simple tool for home training, warm-up and recovery and needs no setup.
