3 Shoe Drying Hangers In Stainless Steel For Hanging

This set of three shoe drying hangers is designed for hanging and air-drying shoes after washing, rain, or regular use. Each hanger is made of stainless steel and has two separate holders, allowing a pair of shoes to hang together. The open design helps air circulate around the shoes while water can run off. Each shoe drying hanger measures approximately 20 x 14.5 cm and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Overview

These shoe drying hangers in stainless steel provide a simple way to dry shoes without placing them directly on the floor, radiator, or a shelf. The shoes hang with the opening facing down, allowing excess water to drip out more easily, and air can move around both the outside and inside. This makes the hangers practical after cleaning trainers, slippers, and other shoes that can withstand air drying.

Each hanger accommodates one pair of shoes. The two shaped metal holders support the shoes separately, so they do not lie on top of each other. The set of three allows for drying multiple pairs at the same time or placing hangers in different locations around the home.

Space-Saving Hanging

The vertical design utilises space above the floor and is suitable where the drying area is limited. The hangers can be hung on a wardrobe rod, drying rod, sturdy washing line, or other suitable rod. They can therefore be used in the utility room, bathing area, wardrobe, or on a covered balcony.

When the hangers are not in use, the narrow wire construction takes up relatively little space. They can hang together on a rod or be laid flat in a cupboard. This also makes them easy to take along for camping, holiday homes, or other places where there is no fixed shoe rack.

For Multiple Types Of Footwear

The holders’ open shape is suitable for many common types of footwear, including trainers, slippers, lightweight casual shoes, and certain boots. The shoes are placed on the two separate arms, with the opening facing down. Ensure that the footwear is stable and that the weight is evenly distributed.

Very heavy, very tall, or unusually wide shoes may require a different drying solution. The hanger should be hung on a rod that can bear the total weight of both the hanger and wet footwear. For outdoor use, it should be positioned so that it is not exposed to strong gusts of wind.

Open Construction For Air Drying

The metal frame covers only a limited part of the shoe’s surface. This allows freer air passage than drying on a closed shelf and makes it easier for moisture to escape from the shoe. The vertical position also helps water run down and away from the inside.

After use, the hangers can be wiped down with a damp cloth and then thoroughly dried. Regularly check the hook and joints, especially if the hangers are used outdoors or for wet footwear.
